Contacting us does not create a client relationship by itself. A project begins only after scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms are agreed in writing.

Ownership, licensing, source files, usage rights, third-party assets, and final deliverables are defined per project. Until payment and project terms are complete, Naqsh Digital Studio may retain rights to drafts, concepts, code, and creative materials.
